PSU with ethernet powerline?

I just had this idea, there isnt much innovation in the PSU market and thid could help a bit.

My idea is that powerline adaptors exist and they are usualy passthrough so why can't someone create a PSU that also works as a powerline receiver? Maybe this is a crazy idea but it could be very useful for people who normaly use wifi.

Am i crazy or could this be an idea?

I think it would probably be best just to leave psu and powerline adapters separate, Probably because there may be some interference between the two devices that may cause undesired operation to occur. Also it would cost an awful lot to integrate this sort of technology into a psu. Probably best just to leave it as it is to be honest.

I agree with cDNA, I think it could be really useful. I use powerline and many a time I have found a need for an extra electrical socket which this could help with. You could just have a part of the psu that could like pass through the power straight from the socket to the adapter thingy then just have an output on the psu.
