Where can I buy the stock LGA 1700 ILM screws or the whole assembly?

I sold a Z690 motherboard and the scumbag buyer returned it with CPU socket damage (bent pins) and to top it of the ILM screws were missing.

 

Where can I buy the ILM screws or a whole LGA 1700 assembly?

 

ILM is the metal frame that puts pressure on the CPU and keeps it from moving when installed.
