Forgot to ask,
Did you try redownloading the latest Nvidia driver pack for your card?
It might just be a corrupt download.
If you have then definitely try a Windows reinstall. Don't do a 'repair' or a system restore. A complete wipe and install as new.
If you have all your files backed up somewhere else (Google Drive / OneDrive) then it doesn't take long and you won't lose anything except installed games / apps.
