i noticed in gpu-z, it says my 4090 is running on pcie 2.0, then all of a sudden it switched to 4 then switched to 1.1 then back to 4. all of that in the same window like i didnt restart it just happened right infront of me. so i dont know is the gpu running at pcie 4.0 or 2.0 or what?
