AR glasses, is this time right forum?

Hi everyone

So cancer has gotten to us.

What I need is glasses that will allow my wife to watch while doing chemo.

Preferably lite weight but screen quality is top priority.

She will mostly going to be watching movies and TV shows. It won't be used for gaming so no need for crazy refresh rate or any AR functionality.

 

$300-400 range maybe?

Aw man.. I am not good with AR Glasses but I wanted to wish you both good health and I hope your wife recovers fast!

May I ask why getting a tablet is out of the question?

But AR glasses is not a good thing for eye.

 

I also suggest get a tablet instead.

It is not... But glasses would be easier for longer periods of time since we sit 6-7 hours and might be tiring holding a tablet.. which I know there are solutions for that as well but wires and tubes.. and nurses around her so seems like glasses with one single cord would be best solution.

For that price I dont think you are getting one headset that fits your bill let alone two. I would hiiiighly recommend picking up a used iPad or a newer android tablet.

I am only looking for one pair for her.

 

Maybe my title is wrong. I am now confused about what they are called but I'm actually looking for video display galsses nreal air or rokid AR, seems like they are typically $400-500
