Totally fine honestly

The used price on the 3600 isnt great since a 5500 is 7 pounds more new (and comes with cooler)

Board if possible id get a slightly better one so if you upgrade you can have it confortably handle a 5800x3d

Waste of money

Look for a used b3-450 board, should be ~50£ though last time i checked fb marketplace for the uk i saw some as cheap as 30£

As for the rest of the build

1tb m371 for 47£, its a higher end dram gen3 so better than the dramless overpriced 980

90£ 1070 is a decent deal though you may see some rx 5700 or 6600 for ~120£ which are around the performance of a 1080

Also a really bad buy on the psu since ive also seen 750/850w rmx or equivalent around 40-60£ used, that 550w isnt futureproof anyways nor does it have an actually useful warranty (<10 year) whereas a used 750/850w rmx and equivalent units will last you awhile due to having higher wattage not to mention that theyre higher quality units, you wont have to worry about getting a dud either as theyve been run long enough that any lemons would have died before then
