What exactly is Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology and do I need it?

I am downloading the drivers for my motherboard found decent enough information for most of them to be able to decide if I should install it or not, except one called "Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology", it also has an app on the microsoft store. Do they both have to be installed together? How exactly does this work and is it worth installing?

If you install it, does it also require the application from the microsoft store to work? Does it offer anything significant?

IMO no. And no it's the same application
