Can I connect these

i have a case for my pc and in this case is a rgb hub. my question is, if i can connect the rgb hub with my powersupply (if the cable has the right connection)

The only cable from power supply that you need to connect to that hub is SATA power cable.

Yes.
It's a standard cable that is included with nearly if not truly all ATX PSU.

 

Since it's normally used to power SATA HDD/SSD
