How should I set up outdoor security cameras for my house?

Hey everyone!

 

I wanted to set up some security cameras outside my house,
But I had some security and privacy concerns…

 

- What should I need to consider when choosing a security camera firm?

- Which type of camera should I buy? (wifi or wired)

- Should I connect those cameras to a switch and set up a vlan, and isolate them from the rest of the network?

 

Any tips or recommendations would be appreciated! (^_^)
