problems with CPU, DRAM, VGA, etc

what can make this CPU, DRAM, VGA, etc not work when you have built a new gaming computer so it doesn't boot up so you can install Windows 11 in it?

what have I connected wrong so my power button does not light up on my asus prime ap201 chassis?

what else can make a gaming computer can't boot up picture on my tv?

If anyone can offer advice on what to do with the gaming computer, I'd like to know

is it my ram memory that is wrong or wrong with my amd ryzen 7 7800x3d processor or what else is wrong ?

is it good to have another fan under the graphics card so that there are 3 fans under the graphics card or should I change the fan under the graphics card to the Corsair AR120 RGB 120mm 3-pack Black?

IIRC, AM5 doesn't really work well with above 6000MT/s RAM.

And even more unstable if you are using more than 2 sticks.

what model DDR5 RAM memory can I change my G.Skill 32GB (2x16GB)DDR5 6400MHz CL32 Trident because it doesn't work in my new gaming computer built and I want to have 4 pieces of ram memory in my new gaming computer built and on the Gigabyte website it says my model motherboard works to a maximum of 8000MHz ram memory

https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B650M-AORUS-ELITE-AX-rev-10-11/sp#sp

I have rewired everything in my new gaming computer built but the RED LED light is still flashing and is it for CPU error or DDR5 RAM error that I can not boot my new gaming computer that I have built so I can install Windows 11 pro In it and I still not getting picture on my tv and how can i get white color LED on my asus prime ap201 chassis on power button work

is it good to have 2 pcs fan under graphics card or 3 pcs fan under graphics card

I have already managed to update the BIOS program to the latest, but it still doesn't work boot my new gaming computer built so I can get a picture signal on my TV so I can install Windows 11 pro on it

does it work use DDR5 7800MHz or 8000MHz ram memory with an amd 7 7800x3d processor

is this model RAM memory XPG LANCER RGB DDR5 16GB 5200MHz CL38 On-die ECC good? or is it available in 6400MHz or 7200MHz or 7800MHz or 8000MHz?

4 DIMMs in general do not work well on DDR5. The second two DIMM slots shouldn't exist as far as I'm concerned. You can get them to work if you know what you're doing, but it's incredibly temperamental where a lot of stuff can get it to stop working out of nowhere.

As for the frequency, there's two memory controller modes on AM5, 1:1 and 2:1. 1:1 mode has significantly better latency performance than 2:1 mode, but it tops out at 6000MT/s by default (if you manually set it, most CPUs will do 6200, a decent chunk will do 6400, and a lucky few will do 6600MT/s) and therefore higher frequencies end up performance worse. By the time you end up with DDR5 7600+, you start to overcome that latency disadvantage, but it's also incredibly hard to get it working fully stable and requires a fair bit of luck on the memory controller side to have it work. Also frequencies above 6600 have zero shot at working with 4 DIMMs, so i you're dead set on using 4x16GB (again, a bad idea) high frequency won't work. Also, the 7800X3D is going to be infinity fabric limited as it tops out at ~64GB/s of memory bandwidth, so even if you did get DDR5 8000 working it would just match the performance of DDR5 6000.

If the CPU light is on, then why do you think it's an issue with the memory kit. The CPU light can be a memory error, but it's not that common. It's more likely you got a disconnected CPU power connector or a dead CPU than bad RAM.

It's a bit slow, and the the other specs you're looking for are too fast to work well/reliably.

Most DDR5 is basically identical to each other, so don't get too caught up in specific models, only look at the speed bins. Find whatever 6000 CL30/32 rated kit is cheap and you think looks nice.

4 DIMMs is not a good idea. Again, it does not like to work on DDR5. I repeat, it does not like to work. If you're gonna put hours if not days into getting it tuned, sure, but if you know how to go about doing that you wouldn't be on here asking what memory kit to buy.

If the CPU debug LED is lighting up and the EPS power connector is hooked up on both the CPU and motherboard side.

I'm not the right person to ask this. You probably can't without soldering on a replacement power LED, but I won't say for sure. I could be interpreting your question wrong though since this reads like a Google Translate error, so please rephrase if possible.

which of these model motherboard is better model ASUS ROG Strix B650E-I Gaming WiFi 6E or ASRock B650E PG-ITX WIFI

as my ddr5 ram memory works in it without any problem which is this G.Skill 32GB (2x16GB)DDR5 6400MHz CL32 Trident

can I plug in those motherboards my 5.1 surround system

https://pg.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B650E%20PG-ITX%20WiFi/index.asp#Overview

https://rog.asus.com/se/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-b650e-i-gaming-wifi-model/

do you know a good model Small size ATX case with glass windows like this hardware fits and is more compact in size than the asus prime ap201 chassis and good if the chassis is in black color or silver color for me which you can recommend to me

AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

Corsair RM850e ATX 3.0 850W

G.Skill 32GB (2x16GB)DDR5 6400MHz CL32 Trident

Antec Vortex 360mm ARGB radiators

Palit GeForce RTX 4080 JetStream - Graphics card

this model ASRock B650E PG-ITX WiFi motherboard

Kingston FURY Renegade PCIe M.2 NVME SSD 2TB PCIe 4.0, 7300/7000 MB/s

Samsung PM981a M.2 1TB - PCIe 3.0 x4 (NVMe)

I want them here 2 pcs Thermalright TL-C12C-S ARGB Black - 120mm fan under graphics card

I want to fit everything in a 20-25 liter volume chassis if it is possible to fit all my hardware in that chassis?

for this Gigabyte B650M AORUS ELITE AX micro ATX that I bought never worked boot display for my tv and doesn't work because I submit it for troubleshooting and it told me it's motherboard fault and I'll try to change it to asus or ASRock motherboard if possible and I want to know which of these the motherboard model is the best and I managed to change the motherboard to one of them and do I have to change my asus prime ap201 chassis to a more compact size liter volume chassis then with a glass window if you can recommend me a good model chassis In black color or silver color for me then that I can order then for under 100 dollars for a new model chassis then and which of the model motherboard can you buy at the lowest price and must have support for my 2 pcs ssd m.2 nvme in the motherboard
