Good/Free Program to rip Blu Rays & DVD's to add to Jellyfin

Hi I want to set up as NAS & use Jellyfin but the problem I'm having is finding a program that will allow me to rip Blu Rays. I am also looking for a program that will allow me to scale the files down to conserve space & to also allow me to scale down the extras.

My PC AMD Ryzen 3600, Vetroo V5, Nvidia 2060, Lian-Li LANCOOL II .

I second this - MakeMKV is the best. 

I love making PCPartPicker lists.
