Resizable BAR showing as not enabled in BIOS.... after enabling

I recently realised I hadn't enabled resizable BAR on my system so went about doing it today (updated MOBO bios, ensured VBIOS & Drivers for RTX 3070 were working) and once I enabled it in my motherboard BIOS it is still showing as not enabled in Nvidia Control Panel and GPU-Z (screenshot below). Not sure what else I can do so here I am :P. Specs below, TYIA

Motherboard: ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4a/c

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x

GPU: ZOTAC RTX 3070 8GB

RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200

PSU: 750W 80+ Gold

Don't you have to enable ReBAR before installing windows? This is a vague recollection
Also, can you snap a pic of it being enabled in BIOS? Sometimes BIOS likes to revert stuff

Nope.

OP try clearing your CMOS then setting everything manually. Some board bioses are buggy.

No, you can enable/disable it dynamically. You should only have to enable reBar and above 4G support, then you can enable it in the driver.

But I agree with double checking the setting. My board (B550 Tomahawk) has a weird bug where search shows some BIOS settings twice. Changing one of these is shown as changed when clicking on Save+Reboot, while the other isn't. So you have to pay attention if the change actually did anything.
