Note: pads 10, 11, 12 and 16 - I used 1.5 mm thermal pads, which work, but after measuring the chips I think 2.0 mm pads should be the correct ones.

 

I also sent the picture to the thermalpad.eu, so hopefully it will appear there as well.

I noticed that the 2mm VRAM ones work well, the 2.5mm VRAM ones don't obstruct contact with the chip die, do they?

Good question.

I've used the card almost over a month now and haven't had any problems.

As I took the card apart, I measured all the pads and checked if they were the same as in the post mentioned below. 

 

There is one more post on the topic on ltt. Same pad sizes are used here.

Ao desmontar o cartão, medi todos os pads e verifiquei se eram iguais ao post mencionado abaixo. 

 

Há mais uma postagem sobre o assunto no ltt. Os mesmos tamanhos de almofada são usados aqui.

Obs: pastilhas 10, 11, 12 e 16 - usei pastilhas térmicas de 1,5 mm, que funcionam, mas depois de medir os chips acho que pastilhas de 2,0 mm devem ser as corretas.

 

Também enviei a foto para o Thermalpad.eu, então espero que ela apareça lá também.

Percebi que os VRAM de 2mm funcionam bem, os VRAM de 2,5mm não obstruem o contato com o chip, não é?

Furmark at 1080p preset: 84C, (score 11719), avg fps 195

 

I use Nvidia Control Panel fps limiter (120 fps) so in BF1 at 1080p high my temps are GPU 52C and hot spot 69C, WOT at 1080p high GPU 55C and hot spot 75C.

 

Without the fps limiter BF1 and WOT run around 300-400 fps at which point the temps are: GPU ~90C and hot spot 105C. ... thats after replacing the thermal pads. Before it would run + 5...8C on all the temps.

New thermal pads and an fps limiter together yield good temps and results.
