Workstation for Simulations

Im looking into purchasing a workstation for running simulations powered by an AMD EPYC Genoa 9354P and 12 sticks of 64GB DDR5 RAM. Looking for reccomendations for motherboard, case, ram, and cpu cooler. Could also buy one prebuilt, whats the best place to do that?
