4060 is a bad deal

Look at Slowakian prices for 6650XT (usually cheaper same performance)  and 6700XT (same price better performance)

If you can afford them get a 1TB SSD (so you can actually install several games), and an aftermarket cooler (TR Assassin is around 20EUR) your ears wll thank you 🙂

System : AMD R9 5900X / Gigabyte X570 AORUS PRO/ 2x16GB Corsair Vengeance 3600CL18 ASUS TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX OC Edition GPU/ Phanteks P600S case /  Eisbaer 280mm AIO (with 2xArctic P14 fans) / 2TB Crucial T500  NVme + 2TB WD SN850 NVme + 4TB Toshiba X300 HDD drives/ Corsair RM850x PSU/  Alienware AW3420DW 34" 120Hz 3440x1440p monitor / Logitech G915TKL keyboard (wireless) / Logitech G PRO X Superlight mouse / Audeze Maxwell headphones

he doesnt need an aftermarket cooler when he has a free good stock cooler from amd on the 5600. If he had a hotter chip then yes he would need one

you wouldnt need a 4060 to play simple games, unless your looking for longevity (like 5 years of simple games, and i dont know what you define as simple) if your not video editing or doing any productivity other than microsoft office, you could do away with a 6500xt or a rtx 2060 for way less.

As I said I recommend a cooler for the silence not the performance

But sure you can save 20 bucks by not buying it
