question Help with my headset drivers

New to the forum but seeking answers to a problem that has annoyed the heck out of me since I got it two days ago. I got a new HyperX Cloud 3 wired headset for Christmas which works fine on my series x but isn't detected as an audio device by my pc. I checked device manager and it was listed in Other Devices with an error saying "The drivers for this device are not installed. There are no compatible drivers for this device". Hence I haven't been able to use it. I have attached a screenshot of it in device manager but I'm really hoping someone can help since a lot of money was put into it as a Christmas present. If there's anything anyone needs to know in order to help me then I'll keep an eye on this post. Thanks :)
