Is a 6400mhz CL32 good?

Yes, this is the speed I generally recommend for 13th gen.

Or Should I go with 7200mhz CL34?

7200 doesn't work reliably on 13th gen CPUs. It's a bit more reliable on 14th gen, but it's not enough of an uplift to the point where I'd recommend it. Besides, the 6400 kit should overclock to 7200+ assuming everything else is capable of it, so I don't really see all that much point in the 7200 rated kits.

Not to mention that you arent getting ripped off and possibly getting a kit that doesnt even run xmp and youd have to tune anyways in which case you may aswell just buy the 6400 kit and manually tune it to 8000+ and fly right past that 7200 xmp kit depending on cpu imc and mobo, though with intel imcs being very inconsistent youll have some fun with overclocking (fun = suffering)

So I should stick with 6400mhz Corsair CL32?
