What free windows program for editing PDF

What do you use to merge two PDF? To export pages from PDF? To print documents in PDF?

 

I used PDF creator but it is bloatware now.

I use a combination of Foxit Reader(free version), and NAPS2

NAPS2 seems like a program for scanner. What can he do with PDF files?

You can manipulate PDFs with it, in terms of deleting and rearranging pages, as well as combining files.
