New Mice+Keyboard

I've had the DeathAdder 2013 for quite a while now and its not bad, its just that when I use it without a mouse-pad the mouse goes spastic for some reason and I hate using mouse-pads because they always move. 

 

Now the reason I want to get a new keyboard is because my current one 'Ducky Shine 3 Blue Switches' Is way to loud and my parents complain about it. Something perhaps with brown switches? Same feel sort of and a lot quieter, I would also get a version without a numpad because I hardly use it except for games like DayZ which can be changed through the key binds though (Ten-keyless as they call it)

 

Also getting sick of green LED's on both my keyboard and mouse.

 

So I had a Filco 10 keyless BROWN + Steel-series or Logitech mouse in mind. Any thoughts? or other recommendations? Thanks.
