Bootrec help: Windows stuck in BSOD, none of the repair options are working.

Rocgio40

I've been slamming my head against a brick wall for several hours now. My desktop ran into a BSOD after I was moving some files around to free space, none of which were in my boot drive.

Anyways, I'm on a Windows 10, 64-bit with some ASrock Mobo. When I try the startup repair it says it couldn't repair my PC, and safe mode would land me back where I started. If I try to uninstall updates, that won't work either.

I can't use a restore point or a system image file. I even tried installing a fresh install of windows on a USB and that won't work. Reseting my BIOS to defaults didn't do much either

I've bene hopping from article to article trying to figure out the CMD route. If I use "bootrec /fixmbr" it works, but then as soon as I use "bootrec /fixboot" I get access denied. Then when I use "bootrec /rebuildbcd" and type "Y/A" I get "The required system device cannpt be identified due to multiple indistinguishable devices potentially matching the identification criteria.
