So i bought myself a Bluetooth dongle because i wanted to connect my headphones and go wireless one's and for all 

BUT gor some reason when i go and try to connect something it doesn't find anhthing it just kinda stands there loading and searching...

I have tried EVERYTHING  from updating the drivers to uninstalling the Device tru Device manager i have tried to search my mb's drivers and EVERYTHING so if someone can help me PLEASE help me 

 

Little info:

Pc: Dell precision t3620 

BT dongle :Diva Bluetooth adapter 5.0 (apparently)
