Can't install Tiny10 on my Acer Aspire E15. Please help!

lusoaresjr

I flashed Tiny10 on my Flash Drive with on the go so it's just plug and play, I liked it so I decided to install it on my 128gb SATA M.2. Now the problem is that i run windows on the go on my laptop with no access to my stationary PC at home, so I decided I'll flash the windows installation to one of my SD-cards. My BIOS doesn't recognize the SD-Card at all and I am stuck right now. Pls help

if it's anything like tiny11, it's absolute hot garbage.

besides that, not every computer can boot from SD card.

Eh, I've seen some computers that just won't play nice with booting from an SD card. Usually, using something that plugs into a USB port will yield the best results.

What type of windows do you recommend then?

A regular install of Windows 10 or 11. If the device isn't powerful enough to run that adequately, then you should probably look into a light-weight linux distro. "Lightweight Windows" is a fantasy. Usually when you disable or remove anything that makes any appreciable difference in performance, you've also now broken lots of things.

windows. you can reach 90% of what these tiny nutcases do just by being decent with your windows settings, and the tiny stuff is so terribly cut down you essentially need to be windows 10/11 certified to use it anyways.
