Laptop freeze and audio crackling

On my Acer Aspire 5, Windows 10, usually while watching a video, the laptop freezes for a few frames, then the audio starts to crackel during louder sounds. The only quick repair is to use a monitor, but it doesn't solve the problem. Putting the pc on charge doesn't help. I've tried to update every audio and video driver but the problem hasn't solved.
