Keyboard troubles after dusting pc

1 week ago I dusted my PC with a compressor.
Everything runs fine except for keyboard. All other USB peripherals run as they should.
I tried with two different keyboards but they both do weird stuff. One is wired AOC, other is wireless gembird. On AOC some keys don't respond at all (], D, '', 9, =). On gambird it's even worse. When I press "spacebar" it picks up 0,Tab (all three signs), when I press "9" on numpad it types 789+ an so on.
On-screen keyboard works fine.

I have tried every USB port on my PC
Uninstalling drivers didn't work.
I am currently thinking maybe a fresh windows install might do the trick or worst case - I have fried my motherboard.
Hope you can help me

Just blowing out the PC with a compressor typically wouldn't have harmed anything, as typically you wouldn't have touched anything.  Before you reinstall Windows, you might try and booting up Linux (something like Mint) from a USB, just to try and eliminate the OS as the issue. See if the keyboards work normally in Linux or not?
