Can't clear air bubbles - Help

Hi guys,

 

So I've just finished a Hyte Y60 build with their corner distro plate and I'm really struggling to get rid of a fair few air bubbles.

 

I've tipped the case on all axis, ran the pump at 100% for an entire day and still the damn thing gurggles.

 

The strange thing is, even with the fill port open, I can see the air bubbles flow out of the last rad and into the distro plate but before the air can escape, the bloody pump sucks them back down and it all starts again.

 

Any ideas?

ok well seems youve answered your own question , the point where you want air to escape from is right next to a pump that sucks it back in.

Ahh, but it isn't.

 

The pump is at the bottom of the distro and the fill port at the top along with the final rad input. Spent the last hour trying to control the pump speed and slow it down at the right time. Fail!

 

I'm thinking the pump is so powerful its able to grab the air bubble and drag it all the way down before it can rise and escape.

 

I suppose its another drain and refill then!
