What CPU are you aiming for as that might dictate the best RAM to go for?

Regardless the 6000MT/s seems to be the best value for money taking into account system stability too

EDIT: Nevermind then, much much more knowledgeable people below me, disregard above statement 😋

im guessing that you want hynix a dies to aim for ddr5 8000-8800?

specify your cpu and mobo

do not overpay for those high bin rams as youll find the same hynix a die in klevv 5600c46 sticks and theyll still clock the same for the most part since a die is a pretty consistent ic

id recommend looking for a klevv 5600c46 kit or up, or if you cant find those klevv kits for any decent price any 6400c32 binned ram will do just fine

ill just let @RONOTHAN## give additional oc info as i do not have hands on experience with ddr5 nor ddr4

6400 CL32 kits are usually Hynix A die though can be M die, 6600 CL32 is almost always Hynix M die for whatever reason, 6800 CL34 is almost exclusively A die though there are a few M die kits in this speed bin (they're incredibly rare though), and anything faster than that is always A die.

Given the pricing of those kits, I'd get either the 6200 CL32 kit or the 6800 CL34 kit. The 6200 CL32 kit is more likely to be M die than the 6800 rated kit, though only Corsair really has 6200 being a near guaranteed M die bin, so it's probably 50/50 on whether it would be A die or M die. M die isn't bad, so I'd probably be willing to take that risk, though the price is close enough that I wouldn't blame you if you weren't.
