Seeking Advice: High GPU Temperatures (RX 5700XT Mech OC)

I've been dealing with high GPU temperatures while gaming and wanted to reach out for some advice. Here are my full specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

GPU: RX 5700 XT (Mech OC)

RAM: Corsair 16GB, 3200MHz

Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M Gaming Edition

PSU: Gigabyte P550U

My RX 5700 XT is reaching around 76-80°C core temp and 102°C hotspot temp during AAA titles like RDR 2, Cyberpunk, and Far Cry 6. Any thoughts or suggestions to manage this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Open the card, clean it, repaste, and replace bad pads.

  • 2 months later...

Thats just the 5700xt my brother. I'd adjust the fan curve if you havent already, I usually undervolt my card just a little to keep things under 100C.

Cheers.
