Slow startup/boot...

Hey, I have a really annoying problem.

I have an NVME SSD and an HDD. 

My windows is downloaded on the NVME. And in the boot order the NVME is set first.

When I turn on my PC, it takes 50 seconds!!! And when I unplug the HDD, it boots in 30 seconds.

I have all the startup apps disabled.

What could be the problem?
