I overclocked my 1600 ram to about 2133 and bump the voltage up to 1.65v( from 1.5v). It is stable, timings are 10-11-10-28. Is this good??

for benchmarking yes its good.

for real world applications, little to no benefit.

you have to stress it. HCI Memtest is the best one I know of. Run an 256MB instance of memtest for every core you have until 10,000% coverage

Next step, do that again but with a heavy gpu load making the case as hot as its going to be. Ppl say you don't need to watercool ram, they've never overclocked ram.
