GPU COMPATIBILITY

Hello, Newbie here and from the Philippines. I am asking .What GPU's would be compatible with a Ryzen 5 5600G in a A520M Pro-vh Motherboard? oh. also I am using a corsair cv750 psu.

Any modern gpu is compatible. The cpu has pcie gen 4, which is the newest standart gpus use, the question is if it will he bottlenecked or not, 6700xt is about what I would pair with this cpu

Yep it is a Ryzen 5 5600G. But what Gpu would be good? If I choose from the Nvidia Side.

You'll need to go higher end to avoid the potential impact of PCIE 3.0. On AMD side go no lower than X700 cards, 5700XT, 6700XT, 7700XT and so on. For NVIDIA I'd say no lower than 70 class cards again, to ensure bandwidth remains unimpacted as their own throughput is high enough.

RTX 3070, 4070

 

Though 70-series is a misnomer

 

RTX 4070 is a 40-series, 70 class card

I understand. But that 3070 and 4070's are kind of pricey for me. I kinda want the cheaper price . Also I am happy on a 1080p  display with high preset. With a maintained 60 fps. Can that happen?

2070 and 3060 should still be fine in terms of bandwidth. In theory AMD's 600 class cards should be fine as well, 400 and 500 is where the problems start which would normally be the 30 and 50 class for NVIDIA, this time round including the 4060.

1TB already runs out quickly for me, it'd be a real hassle with half that. I recommend 1TB. Pay the bit extra and within half a year you'll be grateful you did.
