Are these m-atx cases good for their value?

I am between two M-ATX cases for an m-atx build (cheaper)

 

They are:

 

Fractal Design Core 1000 series or a Sharkoon MA-1000

 

this is one pc i am thinking of:

 

Asus Gryphon Z87/Z97 depends on when i get my pc

I5 4670 or I7 4770 (non k series)

8 Gigs of A-DATA  2x4 sticks

GTX 770 or a GTX 760 (if anyone has a cheaper amd equivelant or similar perfomance pls tell me)

a Samsung EVO 120gb ssd (OS)

1 TB seagate baracuda (games etc)

 

or a

Asus M5A99X Evo R2.0 Motherboard

With an amd FX 8350 for cpu and the rest of the specs being hte same

Both are in mid-00 style (no cable management holes, PSU on top) but I prefer the Fractal one since it has mesh on the front but if you need more USB ports or a 3.5 SD card reader or floppy drive you should pick the Sharkoon one.

@Kaminishi do you know any good cases, dont have to be cheap i can go with a bit worse mobo if i have to as i wont OC
