MSI Power Supply make coil whine / static white noise even when turned off. (PC off - PSU off)

My MSI A750GL (which is tier A speculative) have some noise when the PSU is plugged into the wall, regardless of whether or not the PSU switch is on or off. This noise is constant, and last forever as far as I can tell. It does not disappear after awhile. It only disappears when the psu is completely disconnected from the power. Once it’s plugged in again, the noise resume, regardless of the status of the pc/psu.

The PSU seems to be working fine, with the static noise mentioned.

The replacement unit still has the same issue.

Does anyone else have this issue too?

If anyone is interested in the noise:

Might be an issue with the unit or your wall power being a bit odd. Might be a ups fixes it or you have to get antoher unit.
