Yea, maybe some games 10-8 years old like the the Witcher 3 could be ran at 4K but nothing modern that came out in the last year or two for so little money at a playable framerate. Playable framerate is subjective but I'd go no lower than 90fps and that's already difficult to achieve.

I mean most of the ppl that want 4k dont really seem to care about high fps as long as its above 30 or something

 

90fps is a pretty high bar but doable with those aformentioned gpus on 1440p though probs only the 3090 if were talking 4k
