Budget (including currency): $1000 AUD (Australian dollars)

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: halo infinite, cs2 or cs go and cyberpunk 2077 and some work

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): i have an SSD but i need all of the other parts but i am happy to buy a second hand GPU if it will make it much cheaper.

i will be playing all of the games at 1080p but i might play them at 4k if it is possible. i am also ok to spend a little more than the listed price so maybe up to about $1200 or $1300.

I built My computer.

Not possible.

Consider this, could do some 1440p:

From here your only options for spending more are upgrading CPU's from 4100, to 5500 to 5600, no more. Proportional gains in FPS to how much you spend. Anymore will overwhelm the cooler.

You could get under the $1000, but you'd have to sacrifice your GPU, which for cyberpunk is easily the single most important component.  The other games will be easier to run so it won't be as big of a deal, but that game needs everything it can get and it's extremely GPU heavy.

Here you get:

  • WiFi and blueooth on your motherboard
  • An aftermarket cooler to get everything out of the 5600 without too much noise
  • 32GB of RAM so you'll never have to upgrade it
  • A fast GOU for new games
  • A decent power supply that isn't top of the line, but it's sufficient
  • A case with good airflow that includes all of the fans

I edit the shit out of my posts.  Refresh before you respond.
