Hi, so 3 weeks ago I built a pc using mostly new parts and a hand me down nvidia 1070ti I got from a family member and it was working great

Today when I turned the pc on it was boot looping before it can even get to bios. Thinking back it seems like the GeForce app may have updated drivers yesterday before I shut down the pc

I did all the usual unplugging all usb, reseating ram, pulling the battery on the mobo for 5 minutes, trying booting with 1 stick of ram, reseating gpu. Totally replaced the power supply. The only way I was able to get it to stay on for more than 10 seconds was booting without the gpu plugged in at all but my cpu doesn't have integrated graphics so i can't do much with it.

Tried swapping out the gpu for an old 1050ti I have on another pc and it did the same boot looping. What should I do?

Are you saying that it boot loops with the 1050 ti or with the 1070 ti in another machine?
