In case you're talking about the short pin: It's supposed to be that way (sense pin1). Otherwise, add a bit more description explaining the issue we're supposed to see.

 

1) Used to detect the card is properly/fully inserted into the slot

I was trying to take the gpu out because my of pc wasn’t working and I was taking everything out, but I was trying to pull the gpu out and it wasn’t coming out turns out I had to push something down to get it out I thought I broke the pins by pulling too hard

From the pictures, it doesn't look like you have any broken pins
