LTT Backpack Warranty Experience - A+

Given the amount of controversy that the LTT Backpack "Trust me bro" Warranty generated, I figured I would give a real world example and review of warrantying the LTT Backpack.  Spoiler alert, it was seamless.

 

My girlfriend purchased an LTT Backpack 6 months ago and used it daily fully loaded with a laptop, second screen, cables (in a LTT Tech Sack), tons of paperwork, and other business supplies.  The bag still looks practically new after 6 months of use.  A few weeks ago the main compartment zipper started to separate.  To be clear, this was a failure of the YKK zipper itself, and not a failure of the LTT backpack or its construction.  All of the stitching that attaches the zipper to the bag is perfectly intact.

 

We emailed LTT Support with detailed pictures on a Saturday and received a response offering a no-charge replacement the following evening, on a Sunday.  About a week later a new bag showed up in the mail.  Overall absolutely stellar customer support, as usual, from LTT staff.
