is this AIO good?

Good day, I have low budget for Pc build and im trying to get a cheap AIO if possible.

 

I cannot order online so please do not send recommendations!

COOLER MASTER ML120L V2 RGB - 52$

and Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L RGB - 40$

I wanted to know if one of these AIO is good or if i should go with good Air cooler which in my case is  Deepcool AK400 DIGITAL - 45$

Rarely is a 120mm AIO ever a good idea. What is the price of the AK400? These days "high end" air coolers cost $35 USD.

Then if you truly have no other good options, get that. 120mm AIO's are a waste of time.
