First pc (actually third)

I’m not sure if this is the place to ask,but I want to build a pc build that has at least more than 2 Tb of space and can play games with at least more than 40 fps.Also I don’t play large games like cyberpunk 2077 or csgo but I want a pc that can like play any game like youtubers (for exemple markiplier has a pc that can withstand multiple types of games with good quality) and finally longevity.

Budget : 1500$ (15000 mad) but less is preferred 

Country: Morocco 

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: everything 

Other details : I’m not really sure because all the computers I have ever used were only laptops,but primarily I need a pc that can be upgraded that has lots of storage

Does the budget have to include monitor, keyboard and mouse?

 

Are Moroccan prices similar, higher or lower than US?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
