No one can make that decision for you. You should at least mention your use case (gaming? which games? what resolution?) and the budget you're working with. That will at least help give an indication whether it's a worthwhile purchase.

If you have a $1000 budget for the GPU, why are you looking at a low end GPU?

 

The case you have isn't relevant unless it's too small to fit the card. What matters is what you plan to do with the graphics card. For example which games you want to play, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at and so on. That should drive your buying decision.

 

If the 3060 can do what you expect it to, there's no harm in saving your money and going with a cheaper card. But first you need to decide what your use case for the card is and whether the card fits it.
