HDMI switch to switch between TV and monitor for pc?

I have a pc with a video card that has 2 outputs (display port and hdmi) and a cpu without onboard graphics (i3 12100f). I have my main 240hz monitor plugged in the display port and 2nd monitor (60hz) in the hdmi port. I want to be able to use my samsung TV as either a 3rd monitor or switch the hdmi output of the GPU to either be my 2nd monitor or the TV. 

 

Would this switch work for what i need and is there a different way i could achieve it?
