Laptop display refresh rate

I'm afraid this is one of those "if you have to ask the answer is no" situations.

 

There are so many variables to this equation. How does the panel mount to the chassis? What kind of connectors does it use? Where are those connectors? What protocols does it use? Does the connection between the motherboard and panel even support high refresh rate?

Do you think it's worth trying overclocking?
