First Build - Any suggestions?

Country: Portugal

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: My primary use for the desktop will be gaming games like GTA, CSGO, and an new good titles.

Purpose and Usage: My primary use for the desktop will be gaming and programming,.

Monitors: I currently own a 1440p 32" monitor and plan to add a smaller 1440p monitor as a secondary display (not in the near future).

Peripherals: I already have a keyboard and mouse. However, I need a genuine copy of Windows as I prefer not to pirate the OS.

Upgrade Motivation: I'm using an aging Asus TUF laptop with a 1060 and a slow Intel i7 8th gen. It tends to overheat and throttle as hell. I'm looking for a more powerful system that can handle modern games.

Performance Preferences: 90 FPS with an emphasis on good graphics is good for me. Sound quality matters to me, and I believe the selected motherboard should not have troubles.

Futureproof: I would like my build to run games for atleast 5-8years don't know if its unrealistic xD.

A 1000-watt power supply is overkill, and given you are going for a 4070, I would suggest something like this:

Ryzen 7, low latency AMD EXPO RAM, larger SSD, ATX 3.0 psu. The 120mm fan goes inside the back of that case for a rear exhaust fan.
