RX 6700 XT

You could make the case for the 3070 if you would benefit from DLSS, RTX, or Nvidia video encoding advantage.

However the 6700XT has great raster and more VRAM than the 3070

can it be 600w or do I have to get a stronger one?

Depends on the quality of the unit. What's the brand and model of the PSU?

While the wattage is likely fine; the quality is important. What's the exact model?

Also for 3070 or 6700XT, a quality 600W would be fine.
