You mean selecting the option to ship the PC without buying Windows from them ?

If so, find out how much you will have to pay for a Windows Home/Pro/Whatever edition retail license first.

And I'll just advise this :

If you buy a prebuilt PC, the first thing you do after a "Does it boot" test is to enter BIOS.

Even if it's only for checking whether all that should be turned on/off is as they should be. And if there's any that doesn't, you change it.

From my experience with windows, I can say that you will most likely be able to do the install yourself, since the installer guides you through most of the process. Just make sure USB-Boot is enabled in the BIOS, and the PC will boot from the Installer-Drive automatically when there is no other OS installed.

English is not my first language, so please excuse any confusion or misunderstandings on my end, also I like to edit my posts a lot.
