What should I upgrade?

Budget (including currency): 1200 usd

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Minecraft, fortnite, programming. Some rendering but not that often.

My most recent upgrade was the cpu, so I wouldn't really like to do an upgrade on that.

I mean it's blatantly obvious what you should upgrade.

 

Do you want to go up to 1440p as well, or stay 1080p?

Just add a new GPU and you are all set.
The rest of the system is fantastic.

Wouldn't be that hard to fit a baller GPU and a 1440p/4k monitor for a dual monitor setup. You could do the games you like high fps on your 1080p monitor and then prettier single player games on the second monitor if you're into that.
