What do you already have/are going to get for other components, what resolution are you going to play at, and how many FPS do you want to get?

Whats wrong with the 660ti's? I have one, and can play on almost ultra at 60fps... It would honestly be a waste of money to upgrade. You will see a difference in possibly a 780, or 780ti. If you can bear it, wait for Maxwell (800 series).

Edit: Just did a test, I can run BF4 at 60fps stable (80 peak) on ultra at 1080p with an i5-4670k@4.2HGz, and a GTX 660ti. You should at least be getting 100 FPS, it not closer to 120.

No sense in upgrading, the difference would be minimal.  Wait for Maxwell to come out.  I am really surprised that you are unhappy with your current setup.

Youll need dual 780's. I USED to get around 95 fps with my 780 then i decided i was happy with a lower framerate and cranked image scaling up to 140%

With my single r9 290 I get 100 ~ 120fps with Mantle.

Your set up now is just fine. Though, if you really want something new you could get a r9 290 or r9 290x so you can use mantle on BF4. If you really want Nvidia then no lower then a gtx 780 if you want better performance then what you already have. Your set up is good though and to me seems a waist of money.

Normal if it is at stock clock. You will need to over clock it if you haven't. Bf4 uses a lot of cpu power.

Yes it's normal for a 3570k to be at 9x% load on bf4. What are your gpu loads at

Two 660ti's in SLI should provide 120 fps in battlefield 4 with ultra settings. Have you tried monitoring your gpu loads with playclaw 5? If they won't reach close to 90% you should raise your OC up

bf4 is heavy on cpu, but yours is ok. Go for a 780. A 770 is more then enough tho

what is your fps without Vsync? And if you use vsync why do you want 120fps the monitors in your sig are not 120hz correct?

Edit* Searched some videos and benchmarks. So far I've only seen 680s SLI/770 SLI or Single 780ti will reach 120 fps in bf4 at Ultra preset. Its just up to you if it's worth the upgrade.

I have 2 - 660ti cards as well.  Love them, but also decided to get another system with a single 780ti.  I LOVE IT!  If you can afford it.  I also have a 144Hz monitor which I HIGHLY recommend in tandum with the 780ti.

Prefers Nvida but wants to play BF4 mainly? How about a AMD card? A gigabyte R9 290 is $379 on amazon,$100 cheaper than the cheapest 780 and performs slightly better in BF4

In BF4 in console type "perfoverlay.drawgraph" and you'll see with what is the bottleneck. Yellow line=CPU, Green Line=GPU (It tells you this). Whatever is the higher line is the bottlenecking component.

2 660ti's in SLI perform as good as a 780 or even better. I wouldn't look at youtube video's which are mostly outdated or theyre CPU limited so avoid them.

BF4 received a lot of gpu performance boosts

So no the OP shouldn't upgrade the GPU at all

I agree he shouldn't. Just OC the CPU more
