I dont know why?

I have have recently done a bit of an upgrade to my machine I got a compatible mother board for my new i9-9900KF (its new to me)

I have an RTX3070TI GALAX edition.

2 sticks of 24GB DDR4 RAM running at 2133MHZ

and a 3440x1440 resolution monitor.

 

before i upgraded for the i7 7700  i was getting 60-90fps on the games i play at high setting 80fps ultra setting on BF2042 now i get 14-20 fps on low settings,I have reinstalled windows i have installed the latest BIOS I have installed re-installed nvidea drivers i have run command prompt searching for the latest drivers to install but nothing is helping my temps are all fine the cpu runs hot but its under an AIO cooler, i dont know what to do any more I'm at a loss so if someone can help that would be greatly appreciated.

No board that supports 7700 supports a 9900Kf without modding it.

one 16GB and one 8GB stick of ram  i have pulled either one out at a time but it still runs the same.

CPU temps on idle like 45 degrees 

i got a new board that supports the 9900kf

You hinted that you replaced the motherboard so this requires removing the GPU. Did you remember to plug in the power connector for the GPU?
