PC crashing problem

Hi gamers,

 

I have a RX 6700 XT from Asus and when I launch Call of Duty MW 2.0 my screen goes black and my pc restarts.I have the latest AMD gpu drivers and still crashes. I tried some old drivers,update the chipset drivers,reinstall AMD Adrenalin,reinstall the latest updates,disableing the hardware acceleration from Brave. I tried reseatting the RAM and it still crashes. I dont know why and im getting stressfull about it. If you have tips,please tell me

 

My pc specs:CPU:Ryzen 7 5700X

RAM: 32GB 3600Mhz (XMP 3200Mhz) from Corsair Vengeance (https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/Categories/Products/Memory/VENGEANCE-LPX/p/CMK32GX4M2D3600C18)

 

PSU: Aqirys Pulsar 750W 80+ Bronze (https://www.aqirys.com/product/pulsar-750w)

 

Motherboard: Asrock B550 Pro 4 (https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B550 Pro4/index.asp)

Temperatures?

Try to 

Disable hardware acceleration on your apps

Undervolt and Underclock your card through Radeon software. Go for like 1100mV on voltage and 2350MHz on the Clock

 

Did you also try other games and what is the temps and wattage when you're playing?

i dont have a problem with the temperatures i have 50 degrees on cpu and 60degrees on gpu. About the bios,my motherboard doent detect my usb for the bios update

i dont think my temperatures are the problem bcs i have 50 degrees on CPU and 60 degrees on GPU, if i try tu undervolt it it freezez somethimes and i need to force shut down my PC. The games on that keep crashing my pc are:  Fortnite ,Rocket League, COD MW 2, GTA V

Is the flash drive formated to Fat32?

the last time i tried it was like 6 months ago and i remember clearly that i formated it in FAT32,ima try to update the bios at midnight

You could check your memory with a Memtest86 or at least TestMem5.

Maybe your psu is crap, I don't know the brand.

Your system is at stock settings ?

my system is at stock settings. i did put this on an another forum and a few people tell me that its probably my PSU but ill try to test the ram with Memtest86 or TestMem5. i will let u guys updated

I'd try repluging and reseating everything carefully (also psu side)

Apparently after I updated my BIOS version everything returned to normal,ive been struggling with this for months
