Hello, I installed into my friends PC "Kingston Fury Beast Black 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200 CL16" this exact RAM, both of them, he has Lincs - 843B motherboard, it gave me the memory issue alarm, so I installed only one of them into the PC and it worked just fine, so anyone explain to me why both didn't, since I've read that the power of the RAM is downgraded automatically if it's higher than it can withstand, and on the official site it says that it supports up to 32GB RAM, and since when I was putting them in, there was no RAM. anyone help please

Welcome to the forums!
Did you try each stick in each slot solo? Sometimes one slot can be dead which sucks.
Also sometimes while messing around in the case you can bump the CPU cooler, if you're having RAM problems sometimes it's a CPU seating issue and just pulling it out and putting it back in can fix it.
